    I would always do tree pose in my shin but I went for the thigh and that felt great. Thanks christina I've seen alot of improvement in my yoga and doing these everyday has really helped establish a nice habit that I really needed in my life so keep up the good work 🙂 namaste

    Whenever I try doing The Tree pose, the sole of my foot keeps sliding down the side of my inner leg. I need some sticky pads or something! LOL I realize it probably will come with more strength and balance in time. … just thought I'd mention it.

    I really enjoyed this!!!! So proud of myself with tree pose on both sides!! Kept my feet on inner thighs, kept my arms raised and didn't fall out of either side! Thank you so much for helping me improve my practice!!
